Dr. Ryan Gamm
Red Kite Coaching Founder and Coach
Dr. Ryan Gamm is a level 2 USAC coach and the owner of Red Kite Coaching. He has over a decade's experience working with professional, elite, amateur, and recreational cyclists in road, cyclocross, mountain, and track. Ryan has competed as a category 1 elite racer in road and cyclocross and holds multiple elite and masters state championships across disciplines. Holding a Ph.D. in Education Administration, Ryan is familiar with what is required to balance work, school, and athletic pursuits.
Ryan provides personal coaching based on a holistic approach respecting the demands of a work-life balance. As part of a client-centered training approach, his goal is to help clients maximize their potential and develop healthy and sustainable practices. Ryan resides in Pittsburgh, Pennslyvania where he moonlights as an amateur gardener and animal enthusiast.
Marilyn Rayner is an elite-level racer and USAC certified coach. She has been riding for almost a decade and has been racing since 2014. In 2020, Marilyn began ultra cycling and has gained experience on routes like the Colorado Trail and the Stagecoach 400. As an elite racer who works a full-time job, she understands the need to create training plans that will work best for each individual. In addition to on-the-bike coaching, she specializes in strength training and conditioning and loves to build in dynamic workouts for her clients. One of the things she enjoys most about coaching is seeing her clients grow and keeping them motivated to pursue their passions.
